Appoint Chris Callery to the Board of Assessment Review for 5-year term effective immediately.

Approval for the purchase of a Toshiba color printer from Toshiba at a cost of $6,647.65.

Based upon the recommendation of the Highway Superintendent approval to purchase and install two eradicator kits in the NESS pump station, at a cost of $6,672.00.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign the NYSDOT Supplemental Agreement from the Contract No. D014832 for the 2023-2024 winter season.

Authorize the Supervisor to Extend the NYSDOT Supplemental Agreement from the Contract No. D014832 for the years 2024-2029.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign the annual agreement with Brighton Landscape for seasonal lawn care at the Municipal Building.
7.
Approval to hire Town and Country Exterminating Inc. to spray for ant control at a cost of $525.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with Maryjo Lane, certified Community Mushroom Educator with Cornell Small Farms Northeast Network, Master Gardener certified in NY and Florida, to teach recreation programs.
Discussion of the 2026 Summer Camp proposal (attached) Proposing using $17,300 of ARPA funds towards summer camp expenses to lower the 2026 cost per participant to $330 for the 6-week program.

Approval of applying for the Growing Tennis Together grant.
