NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Budget Hearing of the Mumford Fire District will take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Mumford Fire Hall located on Main Street in Mumford, New York, for the purpose of reviewing the proposed 2017 District Budget in accordance with New York State Town Law Section 105. The District Secretary will make available for inspection copies of the proposed 2017 Budget during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office of the Town of Wheatland, located at 22 Main Street, Scottsville, New York at least five (5) days before the public hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street,  Scottsville, New York to consider withdrawal of up to $10,000.00 from the Building Repair Reserve Fund for repairs at the Donnelly House in the Hamlet of Mumford.
