This website has been designed to help support those with special needs to more effectively utilize this website, including the use of assistive technology, such as screen readers.  The following accessibility guidelines were kept in mind during the design and development of this website: Section 508 Standards and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). Many of these accessibility requirements and guidelines have been fully incorporated into this website.

Furthermore, a complementary set of web pages have been provided where additional accessibility capabilities are available to enhance the experience of those with particular types of special needs. These additional accessibility capabilities including interactive contrast settings, interactive font size control, keyboard only navigation and various other capabilities. The same content that is provided on the general portion of the website is contained on the complementary web pages, albeit the information may be presented in a somewhat different manner to better accomodate those with special needs. These complementary web pages may be accessed by simply selecting the “Skip to Accessibility Enhanced Content” link which is the first field located at the top of every web page in the general portion of the website.
